This website is owned and operated by Body Love Yoga, LLC and it is directed towards the visitors, users, members, clients, customers (collectively “users”, “you”). The usage of our website and our services is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with the terms stated in this document. By using and shopping at https://www.theyogarocks.com, the user is accepting these terms and should cease using the site if they are not agreed upon.
Together with our privacy policy and other policies that may be posted on our website from time to time, these terms and conditions constitute an agreement between the website and the user. All users are believed to be in acceptance of these terms and conditions by using our services and shopping from our website. If any user doesn’t agree with our terms, policies, or conditions he or she doesn’t have permission to use our website.
SECTION 2 - REQUIREMENTS
In order to place an order through the website, you may either register and create an online account on the Yoga Rocks website or, you can also place the order as a guest without creating an online account by selecting the “Guest Checkout” option that is only available on the Yoga Rocks website. By doing this you will be able to shop from our website without providing any permanent information about yourself while making all the desired purchases of your choice.
In order to register an online account, you will be required to provide valid and up-to-date personal information, you’ll be asked to become a member. Only individuals who are 13 years of age or older are eligible to become members. By registering for an account or using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13 please stop using our website or have attained your parent or guardian’s consent to use our services.

Yoga Rocks is an online marketplace and an e-commerce platform that offers a multi-level online place that is hassle-free, responsive, and quick. In order to make sure that all the functions of our service should be performed in an orderly manner, we have devised and published these “Terms and Conditions” and other policies that can be viewed on our website.
SECTION 5 - PRICES AND SHOPPING ON YOGA ROCKS WEBSITE
All prices on our website for all our products will be displayed right next to them and will be considered final prices unless we change them. When a user will buy a product from us it’ll be placed in the shopping cart. Subsequently, the user can then proceed within the shopping cart by clicking on the next step when the final information regarding the whole order will be displayed.
We will then send the user/customer an automatic confirmation email with order details. Users can print the details if they want to retain a hard copy.
The shipping charges related to all our products will be calculated at the checkout page. We may provide free shipping on all the retail products while the shipping prices for the wholesale orders will be calculated based on the location and order quantity. You are advised to check the shipping price at the final check page to see that if there are shipping charges applied to your product or not.

Yoga Rocks is an official brand name of Body Love Yoga, LLC with trademark application pending. All content contained on our website which may include, logos, text, images, illustrations, graphics, videos, audios, products, clips, drawings, products descriptions, and every other form of intellectual property (“content”) available on or through our website, is the property of Body Love Yoga, LLC. Our primary product “Yoga Rocks” is a unique product with pending patent bearing application number 15/484,098. Unless otherwise notified the Body, Rocks is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws and treaty provisions.
Unless, as expressively, specifically or otherwise stated, none of the content on our website may be copied, used, distributed, reproduced, modified, changed, republished, displayed, posted, downloaded or transmitted in any form without the prior approval of Body Love Yoga, LLC. You also may not, without Body Love Yoga’s written permission, “mirror” or “frame” any material contained digitally on this website. You are not permitted to copy, change, distribute, modify, publish, transmit or create derivative works of any material found on this website for any public, personal or commercial purposes.
Body Love Yoga, LLC reserves all rights in relation to its patents, trademarks and other intellectual and/or industrial properties and/or entitlements related to all the works of the Body Rocks product and the website.

The website will take no responsibility for the processing of payments by a third party (such as PayPal, Apple Pay, VISA, Mastercard, etc).
