Shipping policy

SECTION 6 - 

This Shipping Policy applies to all products purchased through our website. We deliver to the continental USA and Canada.  We are committed to delivering the product in perfect condition at the address indicated by the customer in the checkout page. We reserve the right to change this policy anytime without any notification. 

6.1 - Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping on all retail products while the shipping prices for the wholesale orders will be calculated based on the location and order quantity. 

6.2 - Order Processing Time

Orders may take up to 5 to 10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) to process and ship, but most orders ship sooner. Orders may include multiple packages and can arrive at different times within the delivery window. 

6.3 - Shipping Services Used By Yoga Rocks

We use ShipStation as our primary shipping service provider for all our orders.  

6.4 - Possible Delays In Shipping Process 

Deliveries that are delayed due to weather conditions, global events, lock downs, environmental or dangerous goods incidents, perils of the air, public enemies, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority, application of security regulations imposed by a government or otherwise applicable to the shipment, acts or omissions of customs officials, the authority of law, quarantine, riots, strikes, work stoppages or slowdowns, or other labor disputes or disturbances, civil commotions or hazards incident to a state of war, local or national disruptions in the ground or air transportation networks or systems due to events beyond our or shipping careers control, disruption or failure of communication and information systems, disruption or failure of utilities, or any circumstances beyond shipper’s control will not be granted any shipping (full or partial) refunds.

6.5 - Undelivered Packages

If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or if it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned and extra charges may apply for shipping costs.
